Cape police reports 8/7/06

The following items were released by the Cape Girardeau Police Department. Arrests do not imply guilt.

Arrests

* Lisa M. Woods, 27, of 1107 Perkins St. in Scott City was arrested on a Bollinger County warrant.

* Subjects are in custody with formal charges pending for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute.

* A subject is in custody with formal charges pending for sexual misconduct and minor in possession of alcohol.

Assault

* Assault was reported at 5 S. Henderson St.

Theft

* A subject is in custody with formal charges pending for stealing clothes at Famous Barr, 100 West Park Mall, and failing to register as a sex offender.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 1126 N. Sprigg St.

* Gasoline was reported stolen from Rhodes 101, 449 S. Kingshighway.

* Food was reported stolen from Port Cape Restaurant, 19 N. Water St.

Miscellaneous

* A bicycle was found at the 500 block of S. Sprigg Street.

* A 30-year-old woman was reported missing at the 400 block of N. Frederick Street.

* A 55-year-old woman was taken into protective custody.
