POETRY CORNER: A BICYCLE RIDE

When it is hot,

you feel the cool wind

blow against you as you

ride your bicycle up and

down the street.

Your friends are calling

you to come play, but all

you want to do is ride today.

You look back and your

hair blows in your face.

When you balance on

those two wheels, you wonder

who taught you how to

ride so well.
