This is our political process

To the editor:

I'm fascinated that we, the American people, are willing give millions of dollars to three senators who rarely show up for work so they can look for another job. Even more fascinating is the fact that they spend those millions trying to convince us that they understand the plight of working citizens. Perhaps, most fascinating of all, is that a lot of people apparently believe them.
