An open invitation: The Municipal Band of Cape Girardeau will be presenting a special patriotic concert on Wednesday, July 3 at the band shell in Capaha Park. The concert will begin at 8 p.m. All service personnel involved with the Desert Storm and Vietnam conflicts will be honored as our special guests. We encourage them and their families to attend (Please bring lawnchairs or blankets)...
