I was amazed at the inaccuracies and lack of information Rhon Abraham's review of Red Lobster contained. Some of the things that were written were downright misleading.

We do not have a 6-ounce steak on our menu. Abraham enjoyed a 7-ounce filet mignon. Our steaks are 100 percent USDA Choice Angus, hand cut, and only 5 percent of the cattle slaughtered in the United States meet that standard of quality. We are also proud of the fact that none of our beef is imported. It is all U.S. beef. This information was provided to Abraham, and I am very disappointed that she did not share it with the public.

Our lobster and crab stuffed mushrooms were not, and never have been, served on an iron skillet. The appetizer I served to Abraham was identical to that we serve all of our guests. It was baked, and presented, in a casserole dish.

I do not appreciate the fact that she called us "pricey." Our average lunch entree price is less than that of O'Charley's and is in line with that of Ruby Tuesday's and Applebee's. We have dinner entrees that start in the $10 range. That is pricey? Give me a break.

I spent more than two hours with Abraham, and we served her $70 worth of food. What she didn't eat she took home. I feel like I got the short end of the stick.
