LETTERS: FALUN GONG STORY MAY BE PROPAGANDA

To the editor:

I am a Falun Gong practitioner. After reading the Jan. 24 article, "Sect members set selves on fire," I feel that this suicidal attempt has nothing to do with Falun Gong. The teachings of Falun Gong state clearly that suicide is a sin, and all practitioners know that. China's regime and state-run Xinhua news agency has tried all sorts of measures to defame Falun Gong. I think this is another attempt.
