Mount Pleasant Winery in Augusta, Mo., has planned a Valentine's Dinner for Saturday where couples can dine by fire and enjoy live music and Missouri wine.

The evening features a multicourse meal, wine tasting and live music by firelight in the terrace building with views of the Missouri River Valley. The winery grows 16 grape varieties on 85 acres and its original limestone cellars are still used to age estate-bottled wines and international award-winning Augusta Ports, according to its Web site.

The event begins with a wine tasting where couples can make their wine selection from Mount Pleasant's assortment of award-winning wines. Then couples will dine by firelight to music provided by a player piano. Mount Pleasant will provide a rose for the special guest at your table.

The wine tasting begins at 7 p.m. Dinner follows at 7:30 p.m. Tickets must be purchased in advance because seating is limited. Tickets are $175 per couple (price includes tax and gratuity). Wine is not included in the price, but the tasting is free.
