~Real Rock 99.3 program director Scott Hartline gives us his picks.

1. Pink Floyd - "One Of These Days"

This is the opening track to Pink Floyd's 1971 "Meddle" album. I love the double-tracked bass guitars in this tune. It makes you want to turn up your stereo as loud as possible!

2. Dead Milkmen - "Smokin' Banana Peels"

These guys were a great satirical punk band from Philadelphia. This is one of my favorite grooves by them.

3. Tommy Bolin - "Post Toastee"

Killer tune from Tommy's 1976 "Private Eyes" album.

4. Grateful Dead - "West L.A. Fadeaway"

A great song from their 1987 "In The Dark Album". It was sadly over shadowed by the hit "Touch Of Grey" also from the album.

5. Brownsville Station - "Martian Boogie"

This is a fun, rockin' song that gets my head bobbin', and puts a smile on my face every time I hear it.
