Edward Bernard Gallery will be featuring the early work of Scott City native Norman E. Books including watercolors from the early 1970s and his hard-edge acrylic of Janis Joplin. In an attempt to have art complement art, the gallery will also show Judy Barks-Westrich mini acrylics next to art glass. Reception from 5 to 9 p.m.

Arts Council of Southeast Missouri
The Arts Council of Southeast Missouri will host student artwork from the Children's Arts Festival and award ribbons to winners in each grade. Members of the Artist Co-op will have new works on display.
