The Edward Bernard Gallery will have items from the Creative Bag Ladies, who make bags from melted plastic bags, "Puffin" pitchers from Michael McDougal and other items with a reception from 5 to 9 p.m. Julie Walker and Nona Nan Chapman will also perform Christmas tunes.

Garden Gallery
New items on display include ceramic ornaments by Nicole Engblom from Myrtle Beach, S.C., ceramic angel ornaments by Cindy Pacileo from Vilas, N.C., blown glass ornaments by Terry Bloodworth from Springfield, Mo., silverware jewelry by Deborah Brooks from Hastings, Neb., until 9 p.m. In the space adjacent to the shop will be the senior exhibit of Southeast Missouri State University ceramic student Stu Hao.

WESTRAY/Cat Ranch Art Guild
Guild member Dr. Steve Jordan will perform with musical group Abbey Road during the First Friday reception. New works from the painters, sculpters and artists from the Cat Ranch Art Guild will be displayed from 5 to 9 p.m.

The Artist Studio
Debbie Ebaugh will exhibit her Santa collection of 3-D and fabric Santas for holiday decorating and have her pepper jelly for sale. The studio will also have knitted scarves and throws by Julia Jorgensen and new mini-acrylic "land shape paintings" by Judy Barks-Westrich. Reception from 5 to 9 p.m.

Longtime Cape Girardeau artist Lou Varro will have several paintings of various styles priced for sale. A "treasure trove" of art from his 80-plus years as an artist. The gallery will stay open late with select food, cash bar and conversations.
