ARTS COUNCIL OF SOUTHEAST MISSOURI

Works by Stephen Rust, a Cape Girardeau native who focuses primarily on outdoor spaces and landscapes, will be featured. The River Heritage Quilt Guild will also have a number of embellished brassieres on display for October in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Reception from 5 to 9 p.m.
