Three and a half stars (out of four)
Let me just start by saying that, the only word I could say at the end of this movie was, "Wow!" This was one of the best films I have seen in quite a long time. The acting was excellent, and the story, although not original, was exceptionally good. The story follows two reporters (Halle Berry and Giovanni Ribisi) who discover a friend has been brutally murdered. Their only lead is from e-mails the friend gave to Berry before she was murdered from a businessman played by Bruce Willis. After the murder, the movie is a nonstop thrill ride to discover who the murderer is and why the murder took place. I don't want to ruin the ending for anyone, but I will tell you that you will never see the ending coming. So if you want an edge-of-your-seat thriller of a movie, make sure to see "Perfect Stranger."
