This film was very entertaining. It was exciting at points and thought-provoking at others. The performances were very good as well. Pearce was good as Hartdegen, but the movie-stealing performance was from Orlando Jones. Jones gives his best performance to date as a holographic computer Hartdegen meets in the future.

My only problem with the movie is it never said why the time machine worked. I just wanted one line that said, "It works because of (fill in the blank)." This didn't happen, and I thought about it constantly when I shouldn't have.
