And now for something completely different -- well, something slightly similar but on a completely different day -- "Spamalot" comes to the Bedell Performance Hall. The touring Broadway show inspired by "Monty Python and the Holy Grail" was originally scheduled for December, but bad weather and a traffic accident kept the cast from reaching Cape Girardeau in time for the show. The British improv group has used satire and quick-thinking to entertain audiences around the globe. "Spamalot" recreates the group's movie about King Arthur, his knights and their quest for the Holy Grail. With no snow to stop them, the show will open at 7:30 p.m. March 25 in the Bedell Performance Hall. Tickets are $49 or $43 at the River Campus box office, by calling 651-2265, at metrotix.com or MetroTix outlets.
