There's no better way to end an evening run than with a band at Bel Air, and the first Red Rocktober Fest 5K aims to provide that opportunity Saturday. The run starts at 5 p.m. and ends at Bel Air with a concert by Human Zoo. The race raises money for the American Red Cross Southeast Missouri Chapter. The organization encourages runners to dress as their favorite rocker and will give prizes for best costume as well as best time. Human Zoo, a reincarnated rock cover band, has played several charity shows lately. Come see why they're worth going the distance for Saturday after the Red Rocktober 5K. Registration for this 18 and older run is $25. Call 335-9471 for more information.
