Best Bet: John Latini to perform 1/22/16

Three-time Detroit Blues Challenge winner John Latini will stop in Cape Girardeau on his way to Memphis, Tennessee, to compete at the annual International Blues Challenge event. The concert will begin at 7 p.m. Sunday at Larry and Jean Underberg's House Concerts in Cape Girardeau. The award-winning songwriter will perform solo and play music from his first full-length blues record, set for release this spring. The working title of the new CD is "The Blues Just Makes Me Feel Good," and it will be released nationally by Smokin' Sleddog Records, an indie record label based in Michigan.
