Best Bet: Giant City Slickers at Tunes at Twilight

After some stormy weather earlier in the week, today's forecast is sunny and 70s. Take advantage of it with Old Town Cape's Tunes at Twilight concert series, this week featuring Giant City Slickers. This Western swing band from just across the river in Southern Illinois includes Mark Stoffel on electric mandolin and fiddle, Dan Goett on lead guitar, Alex Kirt on rhythm guitar and lead vocals, Nate Graham on upright bass and two part-time drummers. Get ready for some fast-talkin', quick-pickin' Western swing, sure to get some attendees dancing in the grass. The concert starts at 7 p.m. today at the Common Pleas Courthouse gazebo.
