Best Bet 2/13/15: Cross Rivers Blues Festival

The Cross Rivers Blues Festival will kick off at 7 p.m. Saturday at the River City Yacht Club in Port Cape Girardeau, 19 N. Water St. Bands scheduled to perform are The Ivas John Band; The Belairs from Columbia, Missouri; Big Larry from Carbondale, Illinois; Bruce Zimmerman and The Water Street Band; and Gary Gordon from Sparta, Illinois. Tickets are $15 in advance and $18 at the door; the price includes an appetizer buffet. Tickets may be purchased at Port Cape, Shivelbine's Music and Hempies. Doors open at 6 p.m.
