The Pope County, Ill., Chamber of Commerce annual boat show at the Golconda Marina on Highway 146 will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday. Cape Girardeau gospel group at Lake Wappapello

The Rivermen Gospel Quartet will perform at the Lake Wappapello Outdoor Theater at 6:30 p.m. today. Also appearing will be Jerry Wheeling and Friends. River City Players to hold open auditions

Open auditions for the River City Players' production of Neil Simon's "Star Spangled Girl" will be held at 7 p.m. Sunday at Port Cape, 19 N. Water St., in downtown Cape Girardeau.
