Notre Dame plans annual Trivia Night for Feb. 17

'The Tender Land' starts Feb. 22 at Southeast

Southeast Missouri State University's production of "The Tender Land" will open Feb. 22 at Rose Theatre. "The Tender Land" is an American opera by Aaron Copland. The production is directed by Chris Goeke. Show dates are Feb. 22 through 26. For more information, call 651-2265.

Fine Arts Education Day at Capitol set for Mar. 8

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- The Missouri Alliance for Arts Education will hold Fine Arts Education Day on March 8 at the state Capitol in Jefferson City to educate state legislators on the importance of supporting fine arts education in public schools. Felix Valle birthday celebration is Sunday

STE. GENEVIEVE, Mo. -- The Felix Valle House State Historic Site in Ste. Genevieve will celebrate Valle's birthday from noon to 4 p.m. on Sunday with an open house and storytelling. Classical pianist performs on Three Rivers stage

POPLAR BLUFF, Mo. -- Acclaimed classical pianist Rosario Andino will be featured at the Three Rivers Community College Tinnin Fine Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. on Feb. 18. Campground reservation system changes

The Ozark National Scenic Riverways has announced changes to the way in which group reservations for camping will be handled. To make reservations at Two Rivers, Akers and Pulltite, campers should call ReserveUSA at (877) 444-6777. The change applies to all federally managed campgrounds.

The Department of Criminal Justice and Sociology at Southeast Missouri State University will present a film series this spring titled "Spaghetti with Your Western," showing several Western films produced in Italy in the 1960s and 1970s.
