Isle Casino to host singer Narvel Felts

Singer Narvel Felts will perform at 7 p.m. Jan. 18 at the Event Center at Isle Casino in Cape Girardeau. Tickets are on sale online at isleofcapricasinos.com/ticketReservation.aspx?id=439, or at the casino gift shop from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. The show is restricted to those age 21 and older.

Sesame Street Live to be at Peabody House

ST. LOUIS -- Elmo, Grover, Abby Cadabby and their pals from Sesame Street will welcome Chamki, Grover's friend from India, when "Make a New Friend" is presented Jan. 16 to 19 at the Peabody Opera House. Tickets for the nine performances range from $10 to $63. Times of the performances are 10:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Jan. 16 and 17; 10:30 a.m., 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Jan. 18; and 1 and 4:30 p.m. Jan. 19.
