Horrorfest wraps up this weekend at Cape West

Saturday will be the final day Cape West Cine will show this year's After Dark Horrorfest. The Horrorfest features eight films. Last year it was the first film festival in history to break into the top 10 at the national box office.

Tickets on sale Monday for Celine 2008 show

ST. LOUIS -- Ticket sales begin Monday for a Celine Dion concert in St. Louis that won't take place for another year. The Scottrade Center announced earlier this week that ticket sales will begin at 10 a.m. Monday for its installment of Dion's "Taking Chances World Tour." The Canadian-born hit maker will perform at the venue on Nov. 11, 2008. Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster outlets, www.ticketmaster.com and by calling the Scottrade Center at 314-241-1888.

Carson Center hosts Seinfeld, 'Cats'

PADUCAH, Ky. -- Jerry Seinfeld is taking his stand-up comedy act on the road, and his tour will bring him to Paducah's Carson Center. The venue announced last week that Seinfeld, best known from the hit TV series "Seinfeld," will perform at the venue Jan. 10. The musical "Cats" will also be at the Carson Center, a one-night-only engagement. The show will be at 7 p.m. Dec. 9. Ticket sales for "Cats" begin Friday. Seinfeld sales start at 10 a.m. Nov. 26.
