Fans will control the show when WWE Smackdown World Tour comes to Cape Girardeau on Aug. 27.

The event at the Show Me Center will feature a World Heavyweight Championship match between Randy Orton and Christian, set up as a "fan's choice" event, with fans choosing either a street fight bout or a no-holds-barred match.

Also scheduled to appear are Kane, Sin Cara, Wade Barrett, the Great Khali, Cody Rhodes, Daniel Bryan, Ted DiBiase, Chavo Guerrero and more.

Professional wrestler Mark Henry will also hit the mat at the Show Me Center as part of Smackdown.

Henry is building a legacy. At 40 years old, he realizes he is on the backside of his athletic career, though there is no doubt that he is still shooting for the top of the mountain.

"I do realize that one day, I'm not going to be the strongest cat in the room," Henry said. "But one of the things that drives me to be the best is that my legacy is so important to me. I want people, long after I'm done, to say, 'He did what?'"

Henry's legacy building started early, with championship lifting in high school. He was a power lifting world champion and then changed sports to Olympic weightlifting. Within nine months, he was competing in the Olympic Games.

Henry also was the Arnold Classic Strongest Man, WWF European World Champion and an ECW World Champion. But with these mountains climbed, Henry is still looking toward the next peak.

"I've been world champion in everything I've done," said Henry, "and now being on Smackdown, it's only fitting that I make that rise again. My goal right now is to be a WWE World Champion, and to establish myself as a future hall of famer."

A lot of work has gone into Henry's success.

"It didn't happen overnight, and nobody gave me anything," Henry said. "My ability to adapt and to pick up things is my greatest strength."

Henry takes a different perspective than most on his successes.

"Some people say, 'Well, you could have been the greatest of all time in one thing, why do you try so many things?', but I challenge myself; that's what makes me who I am."

A father of two, Henry wants to impress his work ethic on his children.

"I'm done living for me. Everything that I do, I do it for them and for the people that are fans of me," Henry said. "I want them to see my accomplishments and try to attain what I've attained and surpass it."

With the future wide open, Henry wants to make sure that the mark he leaves on the world and on wrestling is solid.

"I look forward everyday to going in and proving myself. My legacy pretty much speaks of itself in the business," he said. "Doing what I've done in my life; I do realize that it will be something that will be hard to copy."
