Uncaring parents are the problem
To the editor: In response to the Speak Out comment "Right here in River City": The only reason children become a problem is when the parents don't give them the proper attention they require. I watched those programs and said those catch phrases, but neither I nor my friends who did the same things turned out in a bad way at all. Children with parents who don't care are the ones who turn out to be trouble...
