I would like to say thanks to the AmerenUE and city water system crews who worked hard to keep the power and water online during the ice and snowstorm last week. I don't believe they get the credit they deserve. They only get attention if a system fails...

Of all my Jackson Christmas cards, they were postmarked in St. Louis. And the Postal Service thinks this is the way to save money? I think there's a case of mismanagement, big time.
