Simple ways to raise funding
It's simple. I have for years said we should raise driver's license fees and use the money for instruction only. And there should be a 1-cent tax on every bottle, can and cup of beverages, including water, sold over the counter, with the money going half to schools and half to children's health care. It's that simple...
