To the editor Sikeston Mayor Mike Marshall's letter makes sense on the surface. However, what needs to be realized is that you put the tracks in the countryside, and towns expand into the countryside as well. Then you still have the same problem. Why not build new overpasses so the problem will be eliminated without all the expense?...
