To the editor: It's quite apparent we do not have city buses. Now we have no Greyhound service. Not only can we not move about the city, we can no longer purchase a ticket to get out of town. Those of us without vehicles and possibly the elderly are feeling a sense of being trapped or POC -- prisoners of Cape...

Those of us without vehicles and possibly the elderly are feeling a sense of being trapped or POC -- prisoners of Cape.
