LETTERS: IF YOU USE THE ALLEY, STAY IN IT, PLEASE
To the editor:I would like to make a comment. If anyone is to use an alley as a thoroughfare, then let them stay in the alley instead of driving over and knocking down a post that identified the property line and leaving it lay. That happened in the 800 block of East Olive in Scott City. A sensible person doesn't do that. Im sorry, but I had to let it be known.FANNY KJERScott City...
