To the editor:Joe Sullivan's Jan. 19 column, "Joe, the builder," was an interesting work. The only problem with it was the use of the title "architect." Builder homes are created by the builder, and if an actual architect is involved, he is typically working for and controlled by the builder, who is only interested in selling a house. That is not an evil thing, but let's not drag the real architects into the world of the tract-home builder...
