Members of Cape Girardeau Sheriff's Department receive awards

Ron Seabaugh, Gail Seabaugh, Jaime Seabaugh Holloway and Sheriff John Jordan

Sheriff John Jordan presented awards today to members of the Sheriff's Office for outstanding achievements for the year 2015. The Timothy J. Ruopp Award presented since 1984 was given to Deputy Cody Windbigler for his outstanding work in the community as a school resource officer and trainer in Active Shooter and A.L.I.C.E. training in the schools/community. The Norman Copeland Excellence Award presented since 1995 in the name of the former sheriff was presented to Deputy Rhonda Dockins of the Corrections Division for her excellent work. Deputy Investigator Jaime Holloway received the award for her excellent work as a domestic violence/sexual abuse investigator and to Linda Tucker (not pictured) for her excellent work in the Clerical Division. We would like to thank them all for their outstanding achievement and excellent work ethics for our office and the community.
