Chris Goeke sang "The Impossible Dream" at the dedication of the River Campus.

Dr. Gary Miller, associate dean, spoke on behalf of the faculty and staff of the Earl and Margie Holland School of Visual and Performing Arts.

The Southeast Brass Quintet performed "Contrast for Brass" by William Brusick.

State Sen. Jason Crowell spoke on behalf of the Missouri General Assembly.

Cape Girardeau Mayor Jay Knudtson, left, demonstrated with Dr. Ken Dobbins, president of Southeast Missouri State University, that the city and university were dancing together with the completion of the River Campus.
