The Avenue of Flags was dedicated May 25, 1987 with Congressman Bill Emerson at Cape Girardeau County Park North.
The largest crowd ever assembled for Memorial Day services turned out Monday, May 25, 1987 at the Cape County Park as the Avenue of Flags was dedicated.
