Scott R. Clark, Republican candidate for Recorder of Deeds, has a master's degree in public administration, with a focus in records management, budgeting, human resource management, and a bachelor's degree in business administration in accounting, with a focus on governmental accounting, auditing, business law and information technology. Clark is treasurer of the Cape Girardeau County Republican Central Committee, and the Republican 27th Senatorial District. He serves on the board of directors for both the local and state Pachyderms, and has years of experience in a customer service-oriented field, currently serving as jcp.com catalog/credit supervisor at Cape Girardeau's JC Penney.
