Two men charged following two late-night pharmacy burglaries

Two men were charged Friday in connection with break-ins at two Cape Girardeau pharmacies. Carlos Miniel, 17, of Cape Girardeau and Charles Dobyns, 20, of Benton, Mo., were charged with second-degree burglary and felony stealing in connection with incidents at John's Pharmacy, 2001 Independence St., and attempted burglary at Broadway Prescription Shop, 710 Broadway.
