DECA Member Attended 68th International Career Development Conference

Cape Career and Technology (CTC) DECA Member Logan Wright attended the 68th Annual International Career Development Conference in Atlanta, Georgia, in May. Logan was one of just 24 delegates chosen from Missouri to join the over 800 members from around the world to participate in the Leadership Development Academy. Logan was chosen to attend the Ignite Academy, a two-day intensive training program, where he learned skills related to local chapter management, membership recruitment, effective communication skills, public speaking, mentoring and officer training, goal setting, consensus building and project implementation.
