Way of The Cross Walk attracts faithfull to downtown

Elliott Swoboda, left, and Becky Komorech carried a large wooden cross through the streets of Cape Girardeau on Good Friday. The Way of the Cross walk was in rememberance of Jesus Christ and the walk he made before his crucifixion.

More than 100 Christians participated in the Way Of the Cross on Friday. The walk started at Old St. Vincent's Church on the corner of William and Main streets and continued for about two hours with 14 stops along the way.
