People visit with cats and dogs available for adoption at the Humane Society of Southeast Missouri, Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016.

Samantha Rupp visits with Toker, a nine-month-old female kitten available for adoption at the Humane Society of Southeast Missouri, Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016. The animal shelter is currently running a clear the cat room event through 5 P.M. Saturday. Adoption fees are $11 during the event.
