Today when I went on Casenet, I saw that the CCBDD's Lawyer had filed a counter claim against VIP Industries on 7-12-11. The Case Number is 11SD-CC00070, you will find the info. under the docket entries. I wonder when the CCBDD voted on the counter claim, and what the vote was on that? Really curious to know what the counter claim is about. Didn't see this one coming! Laissez les bon temps rouler!!!!
