Jackson Bar-B-Que Cook Off

The 2010 Jackson Bar-B-Que Cook Off was held on Saturday, Oct. 9, at Jackson City Park. Teams competed in the categories of chicken, ribs, pork butts and beef brisket, and even in a contest for the best Bloody Mary. The event is a fundraiser to support park improvement projects.
