Best Bet: Summer arts festival

The second annual River Campus Summer Arts Festival will be from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday at Southeast Missouri State University's River Campus, 518 S. Fountain St. There is something for all ages during the free event -- a celebration of the arts -- including creating and viewing works of art, dancing and dance performances, live music, theater demonstrations and performances and more.
