The SEMO Steel Band will provide a Caribbean tone to this week's Cape Riverfront Market, which takes place from 8 a.m. to noon each Saturday at the parking lot at 35 S. Spanish St. in Cape Girardeau. The band will perform from 9 to 11 a.m. About 30 vendors participate in the market, selling fresh produce, home-baked goods, arts and crafts and more.
