Best Bet: Mardi Paws Parade of Pets to be held

The first Mardi Paws Parade of Pets will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday starting at Mississippi Mutts, 609 Broadway in Cape Girardeau. Registration is $10 for the parade and $20 for the parade and an event T-shirt. Safe Harbor and the Humane Society will hold a mobile pet-adoption service.
