Firefighers worked with Cape County ambulance medics to extricate Pamela Rampley on a backboard from her 2006 Chevy HHR on Wednesday after a three-car accident at the Blowmeyer Junction area of Highway 25. Ashley McCann, 24, of Oran, and Rampley, 57, of Advance, Mo., were taken by ambulance to Saint Francis Medical Center with what police described as "moderate injuries." McCann's car, a 2000 Ford Taurus was struck by a 1998 Ford Taurus, driven by Erin Kluesner, 32, of Chaffee. ...
