The bride is the daughter of Russ and Sandy Wills of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of James Masters of Anna, Ill., and Patricia Moutell of Grand Tower, Ill.

Matron of honor was Kasie Noel of Springfield, Ill. Bridesmaids were Diana Wills of St. Louis, sister-in-law of the bride, and Melissa Dilley of Cape Girardeau.

Ryan Wills of St. Louis, brother of the bride, was best man. Groomsmen were Jesse Mathis of Washington, Mo., and Josh Masters of Anna, brother of the groom.

Flower girl was Olivia Wills, daughter of the bride and groom.

Sam Fiedler and Spencer Dodgen, cousins of the bride, were program attendants.

The reception was held at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Jackson.

Ms. Wills received a respiratory therapy degree from Cape Girardeau Career and Technology Center in 2005, and an associate of science degree from Mineral Area College in Park Hills, Mo., in 2005. She is a respiratory therapist at Baptist Beaches Medical Center in Jacksonville Beach, Fla.

The groom is employed by the U.S. Navy.

After a wedding trip to Maui, Hawaii, the couple is residing in Jacksonville, Fla.
