Williams-Clayton

Crystal Leigh Williams and Nicholas James Clayton were united in marriage June 11, 2003, on the beach at Sandals Resort in Montego Bay, Jamaica. The Rev. Ambrose Hinds performed the ceremony.

The bride is the daughter of the late Carla Reynolds of St. Louis, formerly of Whitewater. The groom is the son of Greg and Shirley Clayton of Lincoln, Neb.

Following the ceremony, a dinner was held at Cucina Romana.

Mrs. Clayton, formerly of Whitewater, is a 1994 graduate of Parkway North High School in St. Louis. She is a 1998 graduate of Truman State University, and received a master's degree in higher education administration in May 2003. She is assistant director of student activities at the University of Kentucky in Lexington.

The groom is a 1994 graduate of Pius X High School in Lincoln. He is a 1998 graduate of Truman State University. He taught middle and high school English four years, and is pursuing a master's degree in English at the University of Kentucky-Lexington.

After a wedding trip in Jamaica, the couple is residing in Lexington.
