Jessica Ann Wilkinson and David Matthew Boyd were married May 19, 2007, in an outdoor setting at the Elks Lake in Cape Girardeau. Joe Ed Smith of Buchanan, Tenn., performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Matt Reno of Nashville, Tenn., brother-in-law of the bride.

The bride is the daughter of Steve and Sandy Mize of Jackson and Tim Wilkinson of Marble Hill, Mo. The groom is the son of Norma and Parry Ball of Knoxville, Tenn., and Lanny and Sheryl Boyd of Hopkinsville, Ky.

The bride was presented in marriage by her mother.

Matron of honor was Dana Reno of Nashville, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Erin Boyd of Knoxville, sister of the groom; Heather Thompson of Jackson, sister of the bride; Alysha Fleming of Frederick, Md., Meghan McLaug and Jeannette Mawyer of Amelia, Va. Honorary bridesmaids were Bridgett Green of Jackson and Jamie Keller of Scott City.

Ben Furlong of Indiana was best man. Groomsmen were Bradley Boyd of Hopkinsville, cousin of the groom; Daron Wilkinson and Garrett Mize of Jackson, brothers of the bride; Brandon Owens of Dyersburg, Tenn., and Neil Bourne of Adams, Tenn.

Flower girls were Ariel McCarley and Amber Bell, nieces of the groom, and ringbearer was Aiden McCarley, nephew of the groom, all of Knoxville.

A dinner and dance reception was held at the Elks Lodge, hosted by Steve and Sandy Mize. Servers were Linda Miller, Anita Mize and Judy Beussink, aunts of the bride, and Anne Haddock, aunt of the groom.

The groom's parents hosted the rehearsal dinner at the Elks Lake.

Mrs. Boyd received a degree in social work from Murray State University in Murray, Ky. She is employed with PACS in Hopkinsville.

The groom received a degree in architecture from Murray State. He is employed with B-Mar Construction in Hopkinsville.

After a wedding trip to Corpus Christi, Texas, the couple resides in Hopkinsville.
