PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Brandi Anne Thiele and Jeremy Joseph Gremaud were married Oct. 21, 2000, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. Father J. Friedel performed the double ring ceremony. Organist and vocalist was Greg Schweizer of St. Louis, Mo.
Ron and Kay Thiele of St. Louis are parents of the bride. The groom is the son of Joe and Judy Gremaud of Perryville.
Cassandra Krauss of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Rhonda Thiele of Salt Lake City, Utah, sister of the bride; Julie Addison of St. Louis; Lauren Gremaud of Perryville, sister of the groom; and Kara Amos of Jackson, cousin of the groom.
Andrew Naeger of Littleton, Colo., was best man. Groomsmen were Brian Geringer and John Klein, both of St. Louis; Andy Buerck of St. Mary, Mo.; and Scott Gremaud of Perryville, uncle of the groom. Ushers were Mike Reiss of St. Mary and Brian Schnurbusch of Perryville.
Flowergirl was Becca Krauss, daughter of Eric and Monica Krauss of Cape Girardeau and cousin of the bride. Ringbearer was Trenton Gremaud, son of Mark and Patty Gremaud of Perryville, and cousin of the groom.
Nicholas Gremaud, son of Ted and Glenda Gremaud of Perryville, and Amber Buchheit, daughter of Donnie and Kristi Buchheit, cousins of the groom, were altar servers. Mark and Patty Gremaud, aunt and uncle of the groom, carried the offertory. Readers were Marlene Hadad of University City, Mo., cousin of the bride; and Edgar Schott of Bridgeton, Mo., uncle of the bride.
Following the ceremony, a dinner reception and dance was held at Drury Lodge in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
The parents of the groom hosted a rehearsal dinner at the American Legion Hall in Perryville on Oct. 20.
Mrs. Gremaud is a 1994 graduate of Mehlville High School in St. Louis and a 2000 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University, receiving a bachelor of arts degree in chemistry. She is employed at Research Development Laboratory in Washington, Mo., as a pharmaceutical lab technician.
The groom is a 1992 graduate of St. Vincent de Paul High School in Perryville and a 1998 graduate of Southeast, receiving a bachelor of science degree in industrial technology. He is an electrical technician at Industrial Wire Products in Sullivan, Mo.
After a wedding trip to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, the couple reside in Washington.
