Noelle Antoinette Sulser and Michael Christopher Gallivan were married Feb. 7, 2000, at Boscobel Beach in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. The Rev. Donald Williams performed the double ring ceremony.
The bride is the daughter of Patrick and Susan Sulser of Cape Girardeau. The groom is the son of Nellie and Jules Levesque of Lake Havasu, Ariz., and Grand Bend, Ontario, Canada. He is also the son of the late Richard Gallivan.
Maid of honor was Lauren Sulser of Cape Girardeau, sister of the bride.
Daniel Gallivan of Gilbert, Ariz., was his brother's best man.
Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Boscobel Beach Resort.
Mrs. Gallivan is a 1992 graduate of Central High School, and 1996 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She is a project manager at Inter Plan Design Group in Scottsdale, Ariz.
The groom is a 1986 graduate of Lake Havasu High School, and a graduate of Phoenix Technical College. He is job captain at Paul Koehler Consulting Structuring Engineers in Scottsdale.
The couple resides in Phoenix.
