GORDONVILLE, Mo. -- Amy Stevens and Norman Dudley were married June 3, 2000, at Enchanted Gardens in Jackson, Mo. The Rev. Grant Gillard of Jackson performed the double ring ceremony. Soloist was Chris Scherer of Oran, Mo.

The bride is the daughter of Brenda Stevens Dodd of Gordonville, and the late Clarence Larry Stevens. The groom is the son of Kevin Dudley of Chaffee, Mo.

Maid of honor was Emily Dean of Cape Girardeau, cousin of the bride. Bridesmaids were Emily and Rebekah Stevens of Gordonville, sisters of the bride, and Kim Rhodes of Cape Girardeau.

Richard Dean of Cape Girardeau served the groom as best man. Groomsmen were Derrick Dean and Darren Sturm of Jackson, and Michael Rhodes of Cape Girardeau. Ushers were Bandit Thorne of Benton, Mo., and Thomas Horn Jr. of Whitewater, Mo., cousins of the bride.

Flower girl was Taylor Dudley, daughter of the bride and groom.

Following the ceremony, the reception was held at Enchanted Gardens. Servers were Connie Thorne of Benton and Diane Horn of Whitewater, aunts of the bride.

The bride's mother hosted the rehearsal dinner June 2 at Enchanted Gardens.

Mrs. Dudley is a 1996 graduate of Chaffee High School. She is a lab technician at Cross Trails Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

The groom is a 1991 graduate of Scott City High School. He is employed at Major Brands in Cape Girardeau.

After a wedding trip to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, the couple resides in Scott City, Mo.
